It's possible with iSeeU

iSeeU is a new add on module that makes it possible to have video calling on the iPhone 3GS. It achieves this by providing users with the functionality of a front facing camera which the iPhone 3Gs does not have.
iSeeU is manufactured by PlayMass in Note the link takes ages to load but will do.
As can be seen in the video above it's a clip-on unit having mirrors to reflect whats in front of your iPhone 3GS and reflects it to the rear camera. This offers a front facing camera fuction. The iPhone 3GS wont work with FaceTime but other video Apps such as Fring will.
iSeeU can be bought for under £16 and will be available on 3rd November. It can also be used on any other mobile phone in the same way as the iPhone 3GS.
