3 Takes Down HTC Desire Android 2.2 Update

Posted by 3gTech on Monday, November 1, 2010

Three has taken down its HTC Desire Android 2.2 update after users have complained of problems after updating to the latest version of Google's operating system.

Apparently users are unable to access the Android market after updating their operating system. This is unacceptable and consequently the update has been removed for the time-being.

We assume Three are now working hard to resolve the issue and we expect they'll fix it quickly because they've never had problems with Android 2.2 in the past.

The HTC Desire is a great mobile and its a shame its had this setback on the Three network which also offers great value with its "One Plan".

You can get a HTC Desire on the One Plan with 2000 minutes, 5000 texts and 1GB of data for just £35 a month.
